Who provides the app

Rental Reality is provided by Darwich Technologies LLC. This notice supplements our general privacy policy. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@darwichglobal.com; app support is available at support@darwichglobal.com.

Your saved portfolio stays on your device

Property addresses, financial inputs, lease information, estimates, and history are saved locally. Calculations run on your device. Rental Reality has no developer account system, bank connection, advertising SDK, or developer server that receives your portfolio. Financial inputs are not sent to the address-lookup provider.

Deleting a property removes its local record. Exported backups must be managed separately. Deleting the app can remove its local data; export a backup first if you want to retain it. Optional lease reminders use local notifications and the notification permission you grant. Device and cloud backups managed by Apple or a storage provider follow that provider's practices.

Optional address lookup

Typing does not send an address. Tap Find address, then confirm Search Census in the Search with Census? notice to request a lookup. Each lookup or retry requires confirmation. Choose Keep manual entry to avoid sending a new request.

After confirmation, the app sends the entered address over HTTPS to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder. The service receives your connection IP address and technical request information. The app does not send financials, your saved portfolio, tenant information, account identifiers, or advertising identifiers. It does not request device GPS access or send your device's location coordinates.

Census describes logging IP addresses for security, browser and operating-system information, access times, and requested pages for demand monitoring and service improvement. Its system logs may be retained indefinitely; no separate geocoder-query retention deadline is stated. Submitted addresses may be included in request logs. We cannot guarantee deletion of data held by Census. See the Census online privacy policy and privacy information.

Choose a match and tap Use this address to fill the available fields. Review and correct them before saving. The confirmed address and any returned approximate property coordinates become part of your local portfolio. Temporary lookup results are held in memory, without a disk-backed search cache or service-cookie store.

Lookup matches U.S. address ranges and has limited territory coverage. A match is not proof of a building, ownership, occupancy, or postal deliverability. Enter missing details and unit numbers manually.

Your choices and deletion

Manual entry, saved properties, and financial calculations work without lookup or internet. Cancelling a lookup does not erase information the provider already received. For Census-controlled logs, use the contact routes in its privacy policy. Darwich Technologies LLC can help with a request but cannot directly delete those logs.

You may edit or delete saved properties in the app. Keep only the backups you need. Privacy and support messages, including any details or attachments you choose to send, are handled under our general privacy policy. Do not send passwords, API keys, banking details, or sensitive tenant records in support messages.

Backups and external links

Exported backups contain property addresses and financial information. You select the destination through the system Files interface; that destination's privacy practices apply. Imports add missing records without overwriting existing properties.

Companion-app links open official App Store pages without sending property identifiers, addresses, or financials. Website, email, and provider links open their respective services, whose privacy policies apply.

Providers, tracking, and updates

Address lookup uses the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder. This product is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau. Rental Reality has no advertising or developer analytics SDK and does not use address lookups for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. Provider request logging is described above.

Rental Reality is not directed to children under 13. This notice may change with the app's features, providers, or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current notice. Terms of use and support information remain available on this website.
