Scope and responsible businesses

Darwich Global is a shared business brand used by Darwich Technologies LLC and Darwich Property Group LLC. Darwich Technologies LLC is responsible for information connected to its software and technology support. Darwich Property Group LLC is responsible for information connected to rental and property inquiries.

A released product may have a product-specific privacy notice with additional details. Where it applies, that notice is read together with this policy.

Information you provide

We receive information when you contact one of our business email addresses. This can include your name, email address, message, attachments, technology-support details, rental inquiry information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card or banking details, passwords, access codes, government identification, or other highly sensitive information in an initial email. When sensitive documentation is legitimately required, use only the verified process provided for that specific matter.

This public website does not currently provide user accounts, on-site checkout, or web contact forms.

Property and resident privacy

Public property information is limited to a general Northeast Ohio operating area. This website does not publish resident names, private property addresses, access instructions, lease records, financial arrangements, vendor credentials, or acquisition plans. Property-specific information is shared only when appropriate for a verified inquiry or business relationship.

Website technical information

Website infrastructure may process standard request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, request time, and security or error information. We do not use this website to sell personal information or serve behaviorally targeted advertising.

Darwich Technologies products

PriceBack privacy notice: on-device receipt scanning, optional community price observations, notifications, and withdrawal controls where available in your app version.

Rental Reality privacy notice: local property records, optional Census address lookup, backups, and your choices. Version-specific practices are explained in that notice.

Information practices depend on the final features of each released product. Before public availability, the applicable distribution-platform disclosures and any product-specific notice will identify the data categories, purposes, service providers, and available choices.

Product-specific privacy information will be published alongside official availability information. This website does not identify or describe unreleased products.

VerifyNow privacy notice

Darwich Technologies LLC provides VerifyNow. Version 1.0 processes verification locally. The following notice applies to VerifyNow 1.1 and later in free-domain mode, including its optional live checks.

Text, screenshot images, QR decoding, complete URL paths/query strings, email local parts and phone formatting are processed on your device. Verification does not save original submitted content. Optional history saves result summaries on the device; you can turn it off or delete it in Settings. Camera and photo access are used only when you choose their respective input methods.

Live verification is optional and initially disabled. After consent, up to three extracted public website/email hostnames per scan are sent directly over HTTPS to Quad9's DNS service. Registrable domain names are queried with HTTPS at public registry RDAP services selected from IANA's directory. The IANA directory request does not include your scanned domains. Quad9 and these infrastructure/registry operators see the network IP address and handle requests under their own policies. Domain names may themselves identify private interests or internal naming; do not submit sensitive content. Full URL paths, queries, email local parts, phone numbers, text and images are not included in these provider requests. DNS queries include address and mail-policy record requests. No destination page is visited during verification.

There is no app-owned live-verification backend, provider secret, Google or Twilio call, cloud database, analytics, advertising or tracking identifier in this mode. Time-limited provider evidence stays in memory for the displayed result. Result history includes summaries rather than raw inputs. Quad9's policy is https://quad9.net/privacy/policy/; the selected registry and source status are identified in result technical details. Registry availability, redaction and rate limits vary. Provider practices and retention are outside the app's control.

You can review or withdraw app live consent from the verification screen or Settings. The share extension has separate consent, reviewable through “Live verification privacy and consent.” Withdrawing consent stops future live checks; it cannot withdraw requests already processed by providers. Local verification continues without live queries. Contacting company support is voluntary and follows the general company policy; free mode does not automatically upload feedback.

Domain blocking can be incomplete or incorrect. Registration facts, mail records and an unblocked domain do not authenticate a sender or guarantee safety. Individual URL paths and page contents are not verified. This notice does not describe the optional backend mode, which requires its own appropriate disclosures before activation.

Payments through Apple

If paid downloads, subscriptions, or in-product purchases are offered through Apple, they are processed by Apple. Darwich Technologies LLC does not receive a customer's full payment-card number from Apple. We may receive transaction, entitlement, or subscription status needed to provide a purchased access and respond to billing-related support questions.

How information is used

• Provide and maintain the requested website, product, or business service.
• Respond to technology support, privacy, rental, legal, and general inquiries.
• Diagnose technical problems and protect services from misuse or fraud.
• Maintain records required for security, accounting, or legal obligations.
• Improve products and business processes using information appropriate to that purpose.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email routing, cloud infrastructure, software distribution, customer support, security, or payment-related functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or service integrity.

A released product may rely on additional providers identified in its product-specific privacy information. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention, access, and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, security, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@darwichglobal.com. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate business interests.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children

Darwich Technologies products are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific product clearly states otherwise and provides appropriate safeguards. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
