Effective July 15, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and, where incorporated by reference, publicly released Darwich Technologies products and related services.
Business identities
Darwich Global is a shared business brand used by Darwich Property Group LLC and Darwich Technologies LLC. Darwich Technologies LLC is responsible for its software and related product support. Darwich Property Group LLC is responsible for its rental-property operations and related property communications.
Acceptable use
You may use this website and applicable services only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with service operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Software purchases and subscriptions
If software downloads, in-product purchases, or subscriptions are offered through Apple, they are processed through the App Store and the customer's Apple account. Apple manages payment methods, billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refund requests under Apple's terms. Darwich Technologies LLC may provide access to paid features based on entitlement or purchase status supplied through Apple systems.
Product availability
Darwich Technologies does not identify or describe unreleased products on this website. A product is publicly available only when this website links to an official distribution source or expressly states that the product has been released. Product-specific terms and current availability information will be provided with the applicable public listing.
Software operation and changes
Darwich Technologies LLC may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue a released product or feature when reasonably necessary. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security, third-party systems, device compatibility, or circumstances outside our control.
Property information
Rental availability, pricing, application requirements, lease terms, property rules, and other property information may change and may differ by property.
