An independent purchase organizer

PriceBack is not affiliated with or endorsed by Costco Wholesale Corporation. It organizes purchases, reminders and user-reported prices. It does not determine refund eligibility, request an adjustment on your behalf or guarantee that any amount will be refunded. Costco's current policies and its own eligibility decisions control.

Contribute only information you may share

Submit only genuine price observations you are entitled to contribute. Check the item number, warehouse, date, quantity, discount and net unit price before submitting. Compare only identical fixed-size packages; exclude variable-weight goods, variable-size packages, services and returns.

Do not submit another person's private information, receipt images, membership or payment details, fabricated prices, advertising or spam. Do not manipulate reports, create false accounts, harass users, interfere with the service or attempt to change another contributor's records.

Permission to operate the community service

When you choose to publish a price observation, you permit Darwich Technologies LLC and its service providers to store, process and display it to provide price comparisons, notifications and moderation. You understand that other users can receive and retain the published observation. You retain any rights you have in your contribution.

You may withdraw your cloud records through the app or contact support. Withdrawal cannot recall copies others already retain. How information is handled is described in the PriceBack privacy notice.

Verify before acting

A price mismatch is a lead, not proof of a current price reduction or entitlement to an adjustment. Receipt recognition, manual corrections and community submissions can be wrong. Verify the identical item and package, current price at the purchase warehouse, applicable promotions, purchase date and quantity limits with Costco. Different warehouses and online channels are not interchangeable.

Coverage depends on participation. Apple notifications, connectivity, account settings and device behavior can delay or prevent alerts. Check your purchases and deadlines yourself; do not rely exclusively on PriceBack for a time-sensitive request.

Moderation and availability

Use the report and block controls on community observations, or contact support@darwichglobal.com, to report inaccurate or abusive submissions. We may remove reports or restrict misuse to protect the service. Community features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, abuse, provider limits or other operational reasons.

Other terms and contact

These terms supplement the Darwich Global terms and the license governing your App Store download. They do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to legal@darwichglobal.com. Changes are identified by the effective date above.
